Walnut Prime a capital float company - Amount incorrectly debited

The Loan taken online through walnut app was **,*** on ** March **** and closed it by paying **,*** on ** March **** and they charged me pre emi charges *,***.**/- I can pay. so how is my account debited for **** in this month April **** and for your attention there were no debits at all these months except this month April ****.
As only *,***.**/- is only amount to paid not rupees ****. Balance of **** should be recruited to my account. Had raised a company last year and now following up. But no resolution. They provide on only email support.
