Mesho com - Amount has been deduct but order not placed

Hello Team,

In *th may I was trying to make payment through the UPI for one order which was placed on mesho.com site and in between the order payment page has been expired and amount has been transferred to mesho account (details in below). Several time I contacted to mesho.com about the issue and I am ready for the share the transaction details but they don’t have even email address to share details and asking me every time check with merchant and check statement as money has been transferred whereas no amount has been transferred from mesho. I have email from merchant & account statement. They are not ready to refunt my money. I reach out to you for your help pls help me to get the money as mesho is doing fraud with customers or help me get the escalation point further highlight the issue
