The amount has been deducted from my bank for the transaction but was not received by the receiver. The transaction shows it is pending and when I call the customer care they are just telling they are escalating the issue and no proper solution.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
