Myntra and Kotak mahindra bank - Amount got deducted from my bank account but order was not placed

Regarding above mentioned subject we have purchased product(Mast & Harbour Blazer) from myntra on dated **th nov,****. But order was not placed and amount Rs.****/- deducted from our Kotak bank account above mention Rs.****/- is not created in my bank account. Contact personally * times with bank, bank manager told me that the amount Rs.**** debited from my account and it is already credited to myntra on dated **h nov,****.And by contacting with myntra customer care, they said the amount is not creaded to our account.
