Habung Mobing filed complaint against Phonepe on Oct 9, 2019
I made transaction of Rs **** using phonepe app towards makemytrip for flight booking but the transaction failed. However I got an instant message from my Bank that my amount has been debited.
Now I have raised the issue with all the three merchants.
Bank- they accepted that the payment got debited.
MMT- They denied me for receiving any money.
Phonepe- They are not sure of anything and when raised the issue with their support team, they keep on delaying asking more days to solve the issue. Its been * days and they need more days to update me. Not Refund!
Due to this, I am unable to book any flight as I have no more money for the same. I'm desperately waiting for the refund as I have to fly to my city from Delhi for my Exams next week.
I'm unable to concentrate on my studies as I have having the fear for not being able to reach my city on time due to this issue.
Any help through this portal would be highly appreacible as it will relief me of my fear, doubtfullness and most importantly it will get me back to my home.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
