Paymonk - Amount Freeze not transferring in my Bank account

Hello Team,
I Join Paymonk as a retailer and complete my all the kyc with them.
after kyc I use AEPS service for money withdrawal but now my that money ****/- is freeze by the paymonk and showing error while transferring that amount to my bank. after around * months i am not able to get my money back.
please help me in this case.

mai ek aadhaar no ************ hi jo anil saw ke PUNJAB NATIONAL Bank se ***** rupay paymonk ke aadhaar pay se nikashi kiya jo transection failed hua but acount se money debit ho gaya jo abhi tak reverse nahi hua .
