Winni.in - Amount forfeited by WInni in on the basis of fake report of delivery person

I place a order on *th of Jan **** for my friends Birthday on **th Jan. ordered cake Rs.*** + Flower Rs*** + Midnight delivery charges Rs.***=****.
Request to deliver the cake and flower on**th from **:**pm to **:**pm.
But when I call cx care at **:** the executive told the your receiver ph is off and we will make it as completed. When i asked him for amount he told that amount will be forfeited. after that I make a call from my another mobile and found * ph no. is working. I told my friend about the delivery she told that no-one made a call for the delivery.
I send the mail to Winni than and there with all information. request them to redeliver this product in the next mooring or refund my amount. But they did not response.
