IndusInd Bank - Amount dispute
Faroz Shaikh filed complaint against IndusInd Bank on Dec 19, 2022
Issue which I have been facing since the last * months on the credit card payment has not been resolved yet.
And now there been heights of stupidity after you guys sending me legal notice and non payment issue but havent figured out my problems which you could have been resolved and I have been dropping you guys emails continuously
Inspect of drop several email and speaking to indusind bank executive and their managers over the phone, I have explained the entire scenario many times but still resolution, just replying the email that pay the minimum or else there will charges applied, So I listen to one of you managers and made the payment of the month September,but since then I still haven't received any resolution and Indusind bank managers are handovering the case from one branch manager to other.
And the Indusind Bank Managers are sending the bank executive at my house for an amount collection which is very inappropriate and unprofessional, And I have already mentioned in my email kindly do not send any person for collection until the issue is resolved.
