IAM here to share my bitter experience with Bajaj Finserv by making payments with out any purchase.
I made many transactions With Bajaj and almost I foreclose most of the loans and now the problem is they sent me a welcome letter of a loan worth RS.****/- but I didn't make any purchase with that amount then I mailed to customer care regarding the issue then they told me that is revoked loan which is closed in **** due to some technical error something but in **** I didn't make any purchase with that amount then I paid that amount also and leave it and again after a month again they send me a new loan agreement letter of RS.****/- with same story as revoked loan and again now I got another amount of RS.****)- with out any purchase even I mailed to customer care regarding the issue but I didn't get any answer from them until now regarding above loans.
Please help me to come out of this pocket looting corporate company.
