L Sravanti filed complaint against Meesho on May 23, 2022
I have purchased Yuv Baby Product on *nd May afternoon in Meesho app. Post selecting product I have paid amount *** Rs through Phonepe by giving UPI. Same time I got call and answered. Post disconnecting the call I have not received payment status and Delivery details, it was still asking for UPI. Hence I have given. Amount got deducted, product delivery details shown. Then I checked in my HDFC Bank account, amount got deducted twice. So, I called Meesho customer service for refund *** Rs, they said it will get refunded by * - * Working days. However not received refund post * Working days. Once again called to Meesho customer service, they are saying now to check with Phonepe customer serice

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
