Fanfight - Amount deducted from wallet

Hello Sir/madam
I am Himanshu Nepalra and I am regularly using fanfight. Recently I have added money to fanfight wallet to play IPL games and today I get to know that on **th April all my money was deducted from the account. One football contest is joined using * teams. I have never played football contest and also the time at which it was deducted was around **:** pm.
Please review the matter as soon as possible.. It was my hard earned money(around rs ****).I can definitely say that it is system fault and if it is not then my details are being taken from their system. You must have the information of devices where right now I have logged in. If this cyber fraud is done by a person in some other city or country then it is your system fault. Please call me or refund my money after seeing all the matter.

Sir fanfight customer support is also taking this issue lightly and my parents are scolding me because they already told me not to add amount in such apps. Please help me as soon as possible .
