I have paid to Great Eastern Retail Private Limited by online transaction thru ccavenue upi transaction to greateasternretailpr.********@hdfcbank on **/**/**** Rs ***** Ref ID ************ from my paytm upi ID but no receipt have generated nor any refund credited to my bank.
