DHFL Pramerica Life Insurance - Amount deducted from my bank account without information

Dear sir
I have home loan from DHFL since last year June **** and foreclosed on Aug **** where total amount check has been deposited by any other bank, Along with the home loan DHFL also assigned the Premarica life insurance as one time deduction at same time of loan.
But without pre-information This company has deducted the amount which file is attached. Due to this my son's school fees, rent of home, tution fees all are delayed and i am listening the abuse from them. Why this company has done so much wrong activity, So company should have to return all amount to my bank.
I more times called to same bank customer care they are telling that they have not deducted any amount and the attachment shows the lies of them
