I am BFL customer from **** so BAJAJ give me a offer for family floater policy. So i buy a that mediclaim policy with BAJAJ in **** and for this same policy i had pay amount through ECS and for your reference all ECS amount deducted from my account for this policy on time.
again i give a check to bajaj agent to renew my policy in the month of DEC-**** and same is deducted from my account on **-DEC-**** but till i didn't receive any MEDI-CARDS and same i check on my BFL customer portal this amount is not showing and when i call on bajaj allianz customer care they told me that my last policy is lapsed due to i didn't renew my policy but i pay to bajaj to renew my policy.
Please help me to get information when i already paid for the same so why i didn't receive my medi cards and what is the status of my policy.
