Chandrakant dhumal filed complaint against Sbi Bank on Aug 1, 2019
I did one transaction with Phonepe on * Jan ****. The amount is deducted from my account but till date amount not credited to receiver account. I raise a ticket on Phonepe then they suggest me visit my bank. I visited my branch and raise the complaint but they delayed to give a response. I visit many times to bank and also send mail to branch bank. They finally send me one png file related to the transaction and told me to visit the receiver bank. I visited the receiver bank then they blame on Phonepe but no one can resolve this problem. Kindly request you resolve this problem.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
