Olymp Trade - Amount deducted from bank but is not showing on olymp trade

I deposited **USD From my bank account to olymp trade through upi p*p deposit, the amount was deducted from my account on **th april but it is still not showing in my olymp trade account.
On complaining they said it will take upto * working days and the whole month of april has passed and i have not recieved a single mail or response from them.
