Nike air - Amount deducted from Bank Account order not placed

I placed one order of shoes Nike Air Jordan * Zoom CMFT *, My location is delhi ,India
I immediately received a "your payment is failed" message on nike official website however, i received sms on the phone stating that the amount ***** had been deducted from the bank account. I haven't received any email or notification regarding this matter and the money deducted hasn't reflected back into my account and my order was not placed I have even tweeted and tried calling your customer service but to no avail. No response on either platforms.
