Vijay Prabakaran filed complaint against Jiomart Beta on Oct 10, 2023
I entered he upi pin to pay for a jiomart order using my samsung wallet app. The amount was deducted from my account but the order was not placed. Initially in the samsung wallet app it showed that the transaction failed even though i got a message that the amount was debited and i was reflected in my balance also. But today the app shows the amount was sent to jiomart in the transaction history. But neither the order was placed nor did i receive the refund.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
