I'm writing to inform you that I had a word with the customer Care today said that he will be refunding my money in the wallet account in * hr since I requested that I have to travel since it's an emergency I don't have money left for another ticket booking.
Now it's more than * hr I repeatedly checking my wallet to book the ticket but it's not there.I request you to please ensure at the earliest.
