I have made a payment of Rs. **** on ** Feb **** towards Happy easy go for travel ticket vide transaction Ref IGAICDPHY* via net Banking . Payment gateway provided by PASFAR Technologies Pvt Ltd. However upon confirmed debit of the payment from the bank, there was no confirmation received from the above said vendor regarding ticket booking. Presently the ticket is not booked and the amount deducted not yet refunded in my account.
