I booked a bus ticket from pathankot Punjab to Delhi it was almost done and I paid through bheem app. Reference no of transaction is ************ to ixigopayu@exisbank. But ticket was not shown. Not emailed. There is no any platform to contact with customer care. I want my money fully refunded. I will install app and will share to others , if not refunded
