I have tried booking the train ticket Vijayawada to CBM from ixigo app. During the transaction, the amount (Rs.***) has been deducted but the ticket has not been generated. As it is a third party transaction, bank is not responsible for this. I have tried searching for ixigo customer care number. It is not available. Please do the needful for the same.
