Mobkwik - Amount deducted but payment not made

made a payment to L*****_Myntra Designs Pvt Ltd (order ID-**********), the payment was not received but the amount was deducted from my bank account. I made a complaint to MobiKwik and they generated a ticket ID ********, Its been more than a week now, I have made so many calls to mobikwik they are taking any calls and they are not even replying in the help and support section in their app.
I am so tired making calls every hour to mobikwik and waiting for their reply. Mobikwik doesnt understand that people have other important stuff to do instead of just calling to their customer care no. I am highly disappointed with their service.
