I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding a failed transaction on your platform.
On **nd September ****, at approximately **:** PM, I made a payment via my HDFC Bank account to purchase an iPhone ** Pro Max on Flipkart. The transaction was processed, and the amount was successfully debited from my account. However, no order was placed, and I have not received any confirmation from your end.

Amount: ******/- (one hundred thousand forty-eight rupees only)
Despite the amount being deducted, there has been no refund initiated to date, nor any explanation provided by Flipkart. This is highly disappointing and unprofessional, especially for a reputed platform.
I request you to investigate this matter on an urgent basis and initiate an immediate refund to my original mode of payment. If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate this further to the banking ombudsman and consumer grievance forums.
