Meesho - Amount deducted but order not placed

I was placing an order on meesho, the amount ₹*** was deducted but the order was not placed.
I tried to connect with the customer care service, they asked me to drop and email and attach relevant documents.But after several call attempts, I am not able to get any response or update on my complaint from there end.
