ZopNow - Amount deducted but order not placed

Today I kept two orders from zopnow
Amount got deducted through Google pay but I did not get any order confirmation.when I checked order history it is not showing any orders and asking to register again. When I registered again it is showing like a new account and does not contain any previous orders. But I paid **** and **** through Google pay. I think zopnow is a fraud company and hence I complaining here. Kindly look into this issues and take actions against zopnow and arrange my refund .
