Hi,
This is Ramesh from Bangalore. I had applied for a PAN correction from the site www.applypanonline.com and have a issue. The process of PAN details correction went on well but during process completion the online payment of Rs. *** was deducted. For the process I did not receive any confirmation or reference mail from them. Also to contact them they ask Reference number which I have not received for my registered email. The same issue has been faced by many of them in that site. Hence can you please help me in getting my money back.
I have the proof of amount deducted from my account from them and the same is attached.
