on ** september there was a flash sale on flipkart for nokia *.* plus . i clicked on buy now as soon as the sale started and they said congrats your phone is reserved, i then proceeded for payment after the payment procedure was over amount got deducted from my account they said the your order is out of stock .
i havent got any notification regarding confirmation or refund of the amount .
my account got deducted for no reason if they were out of stock they should not have deducted and if they say your phone is reserved they should atleast wait for payment procedure to complete ( they have commitment issue)
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
