Google play service - Amount Debited Without Consumer Consent for deactivated service

I have cancelled my subscription of LinkedIn premium on ** th Jan ****. However, on ** th Jan **** my account got deducted with ****.* INR. I have deducted with that amount without my consent and for the service which I have already cancelled and received confirmation of cancellation of that from the Google play. Now, at this moment I neither have any active service from Google play or LinkedIn premium but they have charged me with the amount of ****.* INR. So, Google play has not providing me any service for the amount they have deducted from my account. I have raised my concern with them but they have refused to refund the amount that they have charge for the cancelled service. I want refund.
