Jayant Shekhar filed complaint against Future Group on Jan 22, 2022
On **th Nov ****, I made upi transaction using Bhim App to pay to big bazaar through Future pay wallet. The upi id of merchant was futurepay.payu@hdfcbank and payment was made through HDFC Bank xxxx*** via Transaction Id ************. My VPA was **********@upi. The amount got debited but the merchant is saying they didnt receive the amount. and futurewallet and Big bazzar both are not taking responsibility of the same.
The following complaints was raised
**th Nov' **** - Online payment to Big bazaar for Rs ***.** using future pay wallet using bhim UPI. Money was debited but amount not shown in wallet
**th Nov' **** - Complaint raised with BHIM - no complaint number provided
**th Nov' **** - Complaint raised with Future Pay - complaint no. FP***********
Called twice in between and everytime they said that money will be credited in **hrs
**th Dec' **** - Generic reply from Future Pay - "Thank You for your continued patronage. This is to inform you that your Service Ref No. FP*********** has been addressed. For further queries, please call ***********." - No redressal provided and complaint closed. On calling them they told me that I have to take up the matter with Big bazaar and closed the complaint and ironically they being gateway didn't take any responsibility.
**th Dec' **** - Future Pay raised the complaint again FP***********.
Ms. Priya from Futuregroup responded through email that she has raised a complaint with Big bazaar and it will be addressed soon.
**th Dec' **** - Bigbazaar raised complaint no. BB*********** and promised to respond in ** Hrs but no reply received
**th Dec' **** - Generic reply from Future Pay - "Thank You for your continued patronage. This is to inform you that your Service Ref No. FP*********** has been addressed. For further queries, please call ***********." - No redressal provided and complaint closed.
I am running from pillar to post to get the amount but no one is responding.
