Lazypay or dunzo - Amount debited twice and not reached opposite party

On *th of April i paid with lazypay on dunzo Rs.**** but it debited twice and not reached to dunzo, so i paid with gpay for that transaction, i though matter will solve in few days but i was wrong.. till now matter is unsolved, I contact so many times to dunzo support and lazypay support with screenshots and requested IDs but ky issue not solved. Lazypay people constantly calling me for payment amount which i didn't used... so please look after this matter who is in fault dunzo or lazypay i don't know ..... please solve this matter...
