Dear sir
I had paid the electricity bill for amount ***** from Bhim app with reference number ************ on ** Jan **** with ticket no ******. This amount was debited from my account but not credited in jvvnl account. I had raised a dispute on ** Jan **** and was informed to get this resolved by * Feb ****. Kindly get this amount credited back to my account.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
