Devyani International Limited - Amount debited but order not taken place

On **/**/****, I placed an order from Pizza hut app and I paid through UPI. The payment got deducted from my account but my order not took place. The payment went to a company called "Devyani International Limited". It happened through pizza hut's razorpay gateway. I didn't even got a refund.
