SBI BANK WADAPALLY - Amount Debited but not dispensed from ATM

Hello Sir, This is to inform you that, on **-**-****, We tried to withdraw an amount of Rs. **,***/- from my mother's SBI account in Corporation bank ATM, Miryalguda. Money isn't came out and slip had generated the amount of Rs.**,***/-has been withdrawal, Regarding this we had raised two no’s of complaint's in SBI bank, they said that “complaint's has been attended after resolution, claim: Rejected, transaction successful” but here money not came from ATM, how come they know transaction successful. We are struggling from last ** Days onwards. Complaints numbers are: ********** & **********, we had contacted Wadapally SBI bank manager also but no resolution and his way of talking is also not good. Please help on this, which bank will take responsibility. Proofs has been attached.
