Phonepe And Sbi Bank - Amount Debited But Not Credited
Tasleem Sofi filed complaint against Phonepe And Sbi Bank on Jan 18, 2019
I had done a transaction via phonepe from my account registered on Mobile No ********** for an amount of Rs *****/= on * Jan **** from my State Bank Of India account bearing A/C No registered in my name as Tasleem Farooq Sofi and a UTR No ************ was generated for the same.
The transaction failed due to some technical error whereas the amount was debited from my account. While contacting the Phonepe (the application used for the transaction) told that the money has not been debited by them as there was a technical error and the Banks end and that I should contact the bank regarding the same.
Whereas after Contacting the State Bank Of India helpline twice after that told that there was no such procedure neither of tracking the transaction nor any procedure of raising/ registering a complaint regarding the same. Attaching some screenshots of the same.
Request your good self to kindly look into the same and help me retrieve my hard earned money.
