JITMOY BISWAS filed complaint against Parimatch App on Oct 13, 2025
The amount of Rs-****.** has debited through my UPI id- **********@ptsbi on dated **.**.** to Shivansh retail (UPI Id-**********.********@sbi) and it is showing in Paytm that the amount is successfully transferred however the amount is not credited to murchant account. I have already conveyed the same to paytm customer care and Bank but they already told me that the transaction is not pending with them, it is possible that merchant don't want to return the amount, so please refund the amount.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
