Pasfar Tec Pvt Limited - Amount debited but failed transaction

I did internet banking transaction on *th August, **** for my daughter's admission through Pasfar Technology Pvt. Ltd. as a gateway payment agency directed by the institution. The amount was debited from my account but the institution inform us that the transaction has failed. My payment ref.no. from the bank is **************/IGALRKNPJ*. So i would like to request that the merchant refund my money immediately.
