Lorenzini apparels Pvt Ltd - Amount credited twice to lorenzini

I purchased clothes from Lorenzini on ** Jan **** and swiped the SBI card for payment. The transaction was showing failed at swipe machine. Then he fetched sales log from swipe machine and that transaction was not showing there. Hence i made payment through paytm as well of ****.

Now in the monthly credit card statement this amount was showing as charged to me. I contacted lorenzini shopkeeper. He also checked with his account team as per him and confirmed me to contact with SBI.

I did the same. Now SBI is saying that this amount was credited to lorenzini hence i need to check with lorenzini only.

I am not sure where my money is beteeen these two parties (Lorenzini and SBI card) and not able to get resolution from both side.
