I wanted to raise a complaint against Binomo Trading App ( Online Trading App)

On **th December evening, I have transferred fund transfer to a Binomo client who will deposit the amount in Binomo app for trade through HDFC Net banking.

I raised complaint in Binomo customer Service and they are telling to send the payment details and I have sent all the Bank statement details of last two days. Still now they have not come back to me and they keep on asking to send payment statement again and again. I am waiting for their reply for more than * hrs.. And am doing the conversation with them for last two days.

FYI, I have account number and name which i transferred ***** INR. I have proof of Bank statement to which account i transferred the amount.

I wanted to register a complaint against them and they have to return my amount back to my account.
