Docprime - Amount charged for no doctor service

Hi I booked an appointment with
Dr. Ramdas Balakrishna Shetty bangalore and the booking was done for rakesh malhotra. noida. find the screen shot for reference. i dont understand how this app is being used. cancel my appointment and refund the money of rs ***/- back to my account. They are cheating people by collecting amounts in small but imagine *** each for ***** people. how much money it would be.
