I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered while depositing money into my game account. On ** march ****, I initiated a deposit of *** from my bank account using Gpay. However, the amount has been deducted from my bank account, but it has not been credited to my game account yet.

I kindly request you to check this issue and credit the amount to my game account or initiate a refund to my bank account at the earliest. Attached is the bank statement/transaction receipt for your reference.
