Bajaj finance and HDFC BANK - Amonut deducted from account for EMi card loan bajaj finance and in 2009 bajaj deducted isurance cha

I was charge rs *** for Loan card of Bajaj finance without informing me. I purchase a AC and completed all EMI within time. This is not the first time bajaj make fool to the Coustmer.In **** bajaj finance collected money from my Hdfc credit card for bajaj health insurance. At the time of purchase health insurance no body inform me the money will deducted from my HDFC credit card. At taht time HDFC and bajaj finance doing partnership businesses. After continuous complain to HDFC bank head office recovery call by agent stoped . I cancel my health insurance policy .But now my CIBIL score was low due to HDFC bank. They showed I am defaulter in CIBIL. I have not use the credit card and health insurance why I will pay my hard earning money
