Dear Sir ,
I want to request to you that ,I have bought byjus subscription for ** days on trial basis but **days has been completed still I am not able to learn by this subscription and I also not capable to pay the premium amount , bank is calling me for premium but I am not able to pay this due to some family economic reasons .
So I want to request to you that kindly cancel my course and stop the premium process of bank.
