Hitachi Johnson control - AMC services not given

I have a Window Hitachi ac RAW***KUD under AMC from */**/** to */**/****. I had registered a complaint on **/**/**** for service for my AC. Dated **/** **** service attented by the company representative and said gas leakage problem. After past ** days but no action taken, in this period I make many calls to Hitachi customer care center but my problem is still not resolved. Kindly take action against the concerned authority. AMC details attached.
