Infoexancense - AMC Renewal Refund
Sonachalam filed complaint against Infoexancense on Feb 6, 2021
Sales Agent came and told that he is from Eureka Fobs and renewed our AMC and installed incompatible Filters.
Contacted the Company immediately and got the confirmation that the amount will be refunded.
But it has been more than * months, no response and refund was also not done.
Our invoice number is IEPL/****-****/INV/******.
"Your person had serviced wrong product and we are not using Aqua Care.
Because of which filtering is not effective.
We didnt verify the identity of the preson as well.
Appreciate your prompt action and cancelling of our AMC as well."
