Whhirlpool India Ltd - AMC not honoured

I bought AMC for my refrigerator from Whirpool . After two months some problems developed, the company sent the engineer and changed some parts but the problem didn't rectify. This time the company was unable to solve the issue citing non-availability of the parts and started forcing me to take replacement paying ***** for a new fridge. I rejected it as I was not ready to shell out the money as the fridge is just * years old and company should keep the parts ready. Even all my emails for refund of the AMC amount paid went unanswered and I had to suffer as all the stuff in the fridge was getting spoilt and I had to spend an extra amount for storage and since am into AMC contract thus could not get the repairs done outside.Kindly help me on this.
