Shaurya Enterprises - AMC done but company is denying the duties

M based in Nagpur.
I purchased a new RO water purifier from shaurya Enterprises on */**/**** with which company provided one year free service and in this said one year company service person will replace the filters without any extra cost on every * months. It's been * months from the date of installation of RO but still no one came for service. I have contacted the company officials multiple times but they are not even speaking properly.
Company made a fraudulent statement of proper service and due to non servicing the RO is not working properly. I purchased it for good health for my family but it is now hampering the health.
Requesting you to please intervene and help me to get the fair response.
