OneAssist - AMC clause change

Hi
I have purchased one assist AMC protection plan for my AC on **st MAr **** and all the spare parts were covered as part of the plan.
Now the company has denied replacing the cooling coil which was part of the plan and is asking me to pay more money for the same.
Requesting your help in this matter, attaching here is my invoice and screenshot of the app, where spare parts is mentioned.
