Tanish Enterprise Private Limited - AMC cancellation refund denied

Tanish Enterprises from Wagholi Pune The dealer is a authorised Kent service business partner asked forcefully for * years AMC - ***** plus **% GST which I felt was exorbitant amount and requested immediate cancellation on ** September ****. Initially they delayed stating that the AMC is already processed and cannot be cancelled in portal but after repeated request told me the cancellation is done. After multiple follow ups they are refusing now to refund. They are being extremely rude and saying there is no process for refund.

Please take immediate action on such fraudulent companies who claim to be authorised service partners of Reputable Kent company and cheating its customers.
