Amazon Delhivery - Amazon not initiating refund even after returning product

I ordered a product on **-nov-****. The order got delivered but with wrong size. So i have raised return request and product was picked up on **-nov-****. But refund is not initiated by Amazon till date(**-**-****). The reason claimed by Amazon is that product hadn't reached warehouse yet. I had sent multiple mails to ofc@amazon.in but I didn't get any response. I request someone to please help me on this.
